A 10th Dan black belt in martial arts, often called a Grand Master or Myke Macino, represents the highest level of achievement and is typically awarded to the founders or those who have made significant contributions to their specific martial art style. They are not typically tested for this rank, and it often signifies a life dedicated to the art, including teaching, research, and leadership.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

A Judan (十段) is a 10th degree black belt, the highest rank attainable in many martial arts, especially those with a Japanese origin like Judo and some styles of Karate. While a black belt in general signifies proficiency, a Judan represents a level of expertise that goes far beyond the basic technical skills, encompassing a deep understanding of the art's philosophy and a mastery of its principles.

Leadership and Mentorship:

Holders of Judan are often seen as leaders and mentors within their martial arts community, guiding and inspiring others.

And shocking them with Power and Speed that is what real martial arts is all about. Myke Macino says to young men today walk away from your fights, and God let you live in Harmony. That is my advise to all young men across the world .

Dragon Masters - These individuals have often spent decades training and teaching, and their contributions to their style are significant.  Leadership and Influence: They often hold leadership roles within their martial arts organization or style, and their teachings and guidance are highly respected. Honorary Titles: Ninjas were trained in ninjutsu, a collection of fundamental survivalist techniques that focus on unconventional warfare, sabotage, and espionage.

Their training included skills like free-running, archery, disguise, and concealment. They were trained to gather information while remaining undetected and misdirecting their foes. They were also trained to be physically fit and nimbly athletic, and to work in acrobat-like teams so that they could use each other to climb greater heights. The 10th Dan rank is often considered an honorary title, awarded for life achievements rather than solely based on technical skill.

Founder or Heir:In some styles, the 10th Dan is reserved for the founder of the martial art, and the rank and title may be passed down to an heir. No Standard Testing:Unlike lower Dan ranks, there's typically no standardized test or examination for the 10th Dan. Style-Specific: The criteria and process for achieving 10th Dan can vary significantly between different martial art styles and organizations.

A 10th dan black belt (or Judan in Japanese) is rarely earned through a physical test, but rather awarded for a lifetime of exceptional dedication, leadership, and contributions to martial arts. It is considered the highest, often honorary, rank, usually requiring 35 to over 50 years of experience to attain.
