A nunchaku can be recognised by the two sticks of approximately 30 to 35 cm in length connected either by a rope or a chain. The nunchaku is a formidable weapon capable of attacking and blocking the enemy. The nunchaku is extremely effective whether it is used at a distance or close to the attacker.
Nunchaku allows the development of gestural coordination while requiring a permanent concentration between the movements and the attacks of the opponent. This discipline also requires dynamism and self-control.

With 50 years consecutive weekly training,.. 4 fights a week that is over 10,000 fights under the belt of Grand Master Myke Macino, over 4000 loses up to the 4th Black Belt and after 5th black belt in 2020 a consecutive 6,400 wins up to today. That is the Way of the Dragon.
